The Chamber sponsors a regular, on-going schedule of workshops and seminars throughout the year, designed to educate business owners and their employees on essential and up-to-date business skills and workforce development training.

JEFFERSON LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE
This 11-session educational program provides attendees with an overview of economic and social issues important to the residents of the region. It provides skills training to aid participants in assuming leadership positions in our community, with the total number of alumni over 300. APPLICATION
